Job Description

Project Manager Opportunity — Pittsburgh Area

We’re working confidentially with a highly respected $30M (and growing) general contractor in the Pittsburgh region. They’re actively seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join their team. This firm has built a strong reputation through commercial, industrial, medical-grade clean-room, historical restoration, and custom residential work, delivering turn-key projects from design through completion while maintaining a low turnover and high employee loyalty.

What the Role Offers

  • Company-provided truck + fuel allowance for field mobility and project site visits

  • Excellent health insurance — the company covers a significant portion of premiums

  • A culture rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term stability

  • A track record of strong employee tenure and repeat clients — over 20 years in business with the majority of work coming from returning customers and referrals

  • Exposure to diverse project types: commercial, industrial, clean rooms, historical renovation, and residential

What You’ll Do

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through completion — coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, budget oversight, quality control, and client communication

  • Maintain close collaboration with in-house teams to ensure safety, adherence to scope, and high standards of craftsmanship

  • Be a hands-on leader on site — this is a field-forward role with real presence when it matters most

  • Contribute to a culture that values your input, supports growth, and rewards hard work

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in commercial or industrial construction

  • Comfortable being “in the field” — leading crews, visiting sites, and ensuring smooth execution

  • Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and dedicated to delivering quality work

  • Someone who values stability, long-term employer relationships, and a company culture that treats employees like family
