Gpac is partnered with a high volume country elevator that needs a Grain Location Manager who has experience managing train loading, drying and blending grain, keeping grain in condition, dumping and moving grain, and supervising employees.
The Grain Location Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of grain facilities, ensuring that daily activities align with operational standards and schedules. This role involves managing a team, promoting improvements in quality, safety, and cost performance, and performing maintenance and repairs as needed.
Responsibilities
• Manage the planning and direction of facility operations

• Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility
Requirements
• 2+ years' grain location management experience highly preferred
,
• Previous experience with merchandising and originating highly preferred
,
• Self-motivated, ambitious and able to work under pressure
,
• Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and leadership abilities
,
• Maintenance experience a plus
