Litigation Associate (Real Estate & Business)
A growing litigation practice in Oklahoma City is seeking a driven Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team. This position focuses on complex commercial, real estate, and business-related disputes, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and active courtroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial, real estate, and business litigation files through all stages of the legal process.
Draft complex pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and discovery requests and responses.
Conduct legal research, witness interviews, and depositions.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
Collaborate directly with senior partners and clients to formulate effective litigation strategies.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active Oklahoma bar admission.
Prior litigation experience with a strong focus on real estate, commercial, or business law.
Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong negotiation tactics and client-management abilities.
Compensation & Work Environment
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus opportunities.
On-site / In-Office arrangement in Oklahoma City, OK.
