Our client, an AV Preeminent and highly respected law firm in Franklin, TN is looking to add an experienced Attorney with a solid book of business that is passionate about providing top-notch legal counsel and contributing to the continued success of the firm. 

The firm seeks an Attorney with a proven track record, and loyal client base. The ideal candidate will bring a substantial book of business and be dedicated to expanding both their own practice and the firm's client network. Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand a portfolio of clients, leveraging a robust book of business.
• Provide exceptional legal representation to clients in your primary practice area.
• Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm to develop comprehensive client solutions.
• Maintain active engagement with current clients and seek opportunities for business development.
• Stay current on relevant legal trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Proven ability to bring a book of business and retain strong client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Client-centered approach with a strong commitment to quality and ethics.
