Key Requirements: ✔ CPA license (required) ✔ 3–5 years of audit experience (Senior or Manager level) ✔ Strong technical skills in GAAP, GAAS, SSARS, IRA tax code ✔ Confident in preparing and reviewing financial statements, disclosures, management letters ✔ Bonus: Experience with closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, nonprofits, or benefit plans
