We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for injured clients and a strong desire to achieve justice. Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including:
- Client intake and initial consultations
- Case investigation and discovery
- Motion practice and court appearances
- Settlement negotiations and trial preparation
- Oversee both litigation and pre-litigation files, ensuring timely and effective case management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
- Contribute to the firm's overall success through active participation in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with the TN Bar
- 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in legal research and writing software
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year to start based on experience
- Lucrative Bonus Opportunities: Potential to earn over $100,000 in total compensation
- Excellent Benefits:
- 100% company-paid Healthcare through BCBS (annual value of $10,000) after 90 days
- Performance-based bonuses
- Percentage of settled cases as ongoing bonuses (upon successful performance)
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Initially, we prefer in-office presence five days a week. However, we offer flexibility once you are successfully onboarded.
