Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for injured clients and a strong desire to achieve justice. Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including:
    • Client intake and initial consultations
    • Case investigation and discovery
    • Motion practice and court appearances
    • Settlement negotiations and trial preparation
  • Oversee both litigation and pre-litigation files, ensuring timely and effective case management.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
  • Contribute to the firm's overall success through active participation in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active and in good standing with the TN Bar
  • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
  • Proficient in legal research and writing software

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year to start based on experience
  • Lucrative Bonus Opportunities: Potential to earn over $100,000 in total compensation
  • Excellent Benefits:
    • 100% company-paid Healthcare through BCBS (annual value of $10,000) after 90 days
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Percentage of settled cases as ongoing bonuses (upon successful performance)
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Initially, we prefer in-office presence five days a week. However, we offer flexibility once you are successfully onboarded.
