Ag Loan Officer

🚜 #WeAreHiring: Sr. Ag Loan Officer – Lead & Grow in Financial Services! 💼

Our client, a respected firm in the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced Ag Loan Officer with strong agricultural lending experience to build and maintain key banking relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into leadership, managing a branch and guiding a team, with a clear path to Market President within the next couple of years.

Key Highlights:
- Lead lending efforts with a generous pre-approval authority and ability to manage the branch/market financials.
- Collaborate closely with credit teams on larger loans.
- Potential to oversee 2 direct reports and eventually take over as Market President.
- Split time amongst locations with in-office presence 5 days a week.

What You Bring:
- 3+ years of agricultural lending experience (5+ preferred), ideally within the radius of the location indicated
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, agriculture, animal science, or related field.
- Knowledge of credit, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Strong decision-making skills with clear communication.
- Customer-focused mindset with leadership potential.
- Bonus: Experience with FSA lending.
