Commercial Construction Associate Attorney
GPAC has partnered with a highly respected Oregon-based law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Associate Attorney to join their growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative group of legal professionals and contribute to high-stakes construction litigation matters.
Provide legal counsel on matters related to commercial construction disputes
Conduct legal research and draft litigation documents including complaints, motions, and briefs
Assist with case strategy development, trial preparation, and discovery management
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and firm leadership on complex construction litigation matters
JD from an accredited law school
Active Oregon Bar license in good standing
3–8 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on construction law or commercial disputes
Deep understanding of construction contracts, mechanics liens, and related regulations
Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Proficient in legal research tools and litigation support platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
