Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of on-site project execution, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and upholding the highest quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and a commitment to excellence.
• Implement best practices for safety, quality control, and project management, ensuring all work aligns with the company’s high standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
• 8+ proven years’ experience in high-end retail or commercial construction projects, preferably with design-build exposure.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams to success.
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring top-quality performance.
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
