We are seeking a skilled and certified Residential HVAC Service Technician. In this role, you will handle HVAC service, repairs, installations, and diagnostics for residential clients. Responsibilities:

• Perform service, repairs, installations, and diagnostics on residential HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate with clients to explain repair options and recommendations.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and recommendations made.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC service, repair, and installations.
• EPA and NATE Certifications.
• Strong familiarity with the central Indiana market and surrounding areas.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
