Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance to improve performance for all food processing and production equipment
  • Direct all repairs: planned, unplanned, and preventative
  • Maintain accurate records and data to ensure compliance
  • Manage maintenance and capital budgets
  • Adhere to all GMPs and FSMA requirements
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing; RTE or meat processing strongly preferred.
  • 1–3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting ability.
  • Experience with USDA, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
  • CMMS experience required.
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, boiler operation, or PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in cold, wet, and fast-paced food production environments.
