Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, keeping them updated on project status.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.

     

    Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
