Our client is hiring for an exceptional opportunity for a Grower Relations Professional in the southern San Juaquin Valley, California, within a thriving agricultural setting. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on operational leadership during the busy harvest and strategic business development in the off-season.

  • Managing relationships with growers of all sizes, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Overseeing and scheduling complex daily operations, including coordinating all aspects of insuring a smooth and efficient harvest.
  • Interpreting contracts in clear, straightforward terms to support growers’ understanding.
  • Collaborating closely with company leadership and demonstrating flexibility to take on varied responsibilities.
  • Driving growth by attending industry conferences and expanding the customer base during slower periods.
  • Applying a background in the pistachio industry or similar agricultural sectors to enhance grower engagement.
  • Exercising exceptional organizational skills to maintain smooth operations throughout intense harvest cycles.
  • Being a proactive front-line presence, ready to address challenges and opportunities as they arise.

Key Qualifications include;

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred
  • Have a knowledge base in the pistachio industry
  • Candidates with existing grower relationships will be prioritized
  • Must currently reside in the U.S. and have a valid U.S. driver's license
