🚨 Regional Sales Manager – Southeast (Grocery Channel) 🚨 💰 $110K–$130K + 15% Bonus | 🏥 100% Paid Healthcare | ✈️ 30–50% Travel

If you know the grocery channel, understand broker management, and thrive on growing existing business — this is a high-impact role you’ll want to explore.

We’re partnering with a globally established confectionery company (100+ years strong) bringing premium sweets to the U.S. market 🍬

📍 Territory: Southeast (must be based in NC or SC) 🏡 Work Setup: Remote with travel

💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow a Southeast grocery territory
  • Hit sales quotas + drive account profitability
  • Manage and develop broker relationships
  • Travel throughout the region to support customers and expand business
  • Identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute sales strategies
  • Partner directly with the National Sales Manager

🎯 What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of CPG sales experience
  • Strong background in snacks, chips, or confectionery
  • Proven success in the grocery channel
  • Experience managing brokers
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to turn insights into action

💰 What’s In It For You:

  • $110K–$130K base + 15% bonus
