Project Manager – Construction

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction to lead and deliver high profile projects in the Nashville area. This role requires someone who combines technical expertise, excellent communication, and a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through close-out

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance

  • Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, owners, and consultants

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific requirements (ICRA, phasing, infection control)

  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues

  • Prepare and review project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and reports

  • Communicate timely progress updates to leadership and project stakeholders

  • Maintain high standards of quality control and jobsite safety

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience

  • Proven healthcare construction experience required

  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and budget controls

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts

  • Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.) preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plus
