Senior Project Manager – Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities

• Lead design-build mechanical construction projects including HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems from pre-construction through closeout
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure profitability and on-time delivery
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and field teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
• Manage and mentor project teams, superintendents, and field personnel
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business opportunities
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contract specifications

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial mechanical/HVAC project management
• Proven success managing large, complex construction projects with full P&L responsibility
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical piping, and construction processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
