Known for record-setting resolutions and a sophisticated legal practice, our client is looking for a seasoned litigator who excels at taking command of high-stakes discovery and mastering complex depositions.
Whether you are a defense powerhouse ready to pivot to the plaintiff’s bar or a proven plaintiff’s advocate looking for an elite platform, this role offers the environment and resources to handle high-value litigation alongside a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities & Focus
Deposition Mastery: Treat deposition strategy as the primary tool to build leverage and secure decisive case outcomes.
Expert Discovery: Direct complex medical and technical expert examinations, extracting crucial testimony under pressure.
Strategic Litigation: Lead high-value caseloads through pre-trial, settlement negotiations, or trial to secure landmark verdicts.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 10+ years of intensive personal injury or defense litigation experience.
Licensure: Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
Skills: Expert-level witness examination skills, sharp trial instincts, and strong executive presence.
Work Style: Thrives in a polished, fast-paced, full-time in-office setting.
