Job Description

I’m working with a  highly respected Trust & Estates team seeking a Tax & Estate Planning Attorney with strong drafting and tax depth.

This is a strategic growth hire for a sophisticated estate planning practice handling both foundational and advanced planning matters for high-net-worth clients.

If you enjoy customized drafting (not template-heavy volume work) and advising clients on structure and strategy — this is worth a conversation.

What you’ll handle:

• Advanced estate & income tax planning

• Customized drafting of revocable & irrevocable trusts

• Design and structuring of gift and wealth transfer strategies

• Research on estate and tax issues

• Updating and refining planning templates & internal procedures

• Direct client advisory work

Ideal profile: 

3+ years estate planning experience

Strong estate & gift tax knowledge 

Excellent drafting precision ✔ CA Bar (active & in good standing) 

LL.M. in Taxation or strong tax background preferred

Familiarity with closely held business matters is a plus

Hybrid schedule (2 days onsite). Competitive base + bonus eligibility. Strong internal support structure and recognized workplace culture.
