Junior Transactional Associate | Public Finance

I’m partnered with a highly respected firm seeking a 0–3 year transactional associate to join its Public Finance group in San Francisco.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney looking to build a strong foundation in sophisticated infrastructure financings while working alongside experienced practitioners in a nationally active practice.

The team advises state and local governments, as well as underwriting banks, on complex public infrastructure financings throughout the western United States.

Ideal Profile: 

0–3 years of transactional law experience 

Strong academic credentials 

Interest in public finance or infrastructure-related matters 

Prior public finance experience preferred, but not required

 

This role offers early responsibility, exposure to meaningful public-sector transactions, and competitive market compensation.
