About the Opportunity:
gpac has partnered with a leading national design-build contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to join their growing Houston team. This company is recognized for delivering large-scale, complex industrial and warehouse projects with excellence, integrity, and long-term client partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing ground-up industrial, distribution, or cold storage facilities valued at $15 million and above, along with a proven track record of leadership, collaboration, and project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of construction projects from design through completion.
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Lead project teams with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Ensure project profitability and adherence to contractual requirements.
Collaborate closely with field operations, superintendents, and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in industrial construction management (design-build preferred).
Strong understanding of construction contracts, estimating, and scheduling.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
