Job Description

A prestigious boutique remote law firm is seeking an Aviation Litigation Partner to join its Litigation Department within the Aviation Group. This role offers an exciting REMOTE opportunity for an attorney with a passion for the aerospace and aviation. Ideal candidates will have 10-15 years of litigation experience and demonstrate a strong foundation in drafting, research, and case management. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and respond to initial pleadings and discovery requests
  • Draft and argue motions effectively
  • Take and defend depositions with minimal supervision
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and write compelling arguments
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team specializing in aviation-related cases

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in New York is REQUIRED
  • Strong research and writing abilities, with a solid academic record
  • Prior experience in aviation law is REQUIRED
  • Interest in the aerospace and aviation
  • $1-2M transferrable book of business is REQUIRED
  • Workstyle: Remote
