Job Description

Seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join the office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience and a sizeable portable book of business. We welcome applicants at the Associate, Senior Counsel, or Partner level, depending on qualifications, experience, and fit with our firm’s needs.

Key Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Active license to practice law in Missouri (Illinois license a plus)

  • Minimum 7 years of corporate transactional experience

  • Portable book of business required

  • Strong business development skills and client relationships

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Origination: 15% origination fee on all clients brought to the firm

  • Hybrid schedule (4 days in office / 1 day remote)
