Position Overview:

The firm is seeking a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 10 years of experience to join their team. This attorney will handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, managing cases from intake through trial, and will play a critical role contributing to overall firm growth long term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and litigate a wide variety of civil cases, including all phases from pleadings to trial.
  • Develop strategies, draft motions, conduct depositions, and appear in court on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented, non-hierarchical environment.
  • Deliver strong client service through clear communication and advocacy.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally with significant courtroom exposure.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
  • Licensed to practice in Connecticut; Massachusetts admission is a plus.
