Position Summary:

The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Estimating team during the preconstruction phase to develop accurate schedules.
  • Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to inform scheduling decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to support project success and identify future opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, including producing progress updates and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and construction methods.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve when schedule changes arise.
