Job Description

Gpac is working with a well-established grain operation seeking a Grain Elevator Manager to oversee day-to-day grain handling and merchandising operations at a country elevator location. Relocation to Montana is required for this role, with relocation assistance available.

This position offers a base salary up to $100,000, bonus potential, and a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all elevator operations, safety, and staff

• Oversee grain origination, merchandising, and producer relationships

• Manage inventory control, grain quality, and blending opportunities

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs

• Plan daily work schedules and oversee payroll and operational records

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing grain elevator operations and people

• Strong background in grain merchandising and origination preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience a plus

• Ability to work closely with producers, merchandisers, and logistics teams

• Proficient with computer systems; ag software experience preferred

• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
