Position Overview

As a Plumbing Estimator, you will build accurate plumbing estimates for commercial and industrial projects. You will evaluate plans, execute digital takeoffs, and compile complete bid proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Review: Analyze drawings and specs for scope and risks.

• Digital Takeoffs: Perform accurate plumbing takeoffs using QuoteExpress and Excel.

• Bids & Pricing: Build labor/material pricing, scope letters, and value engineering options.

• Vendor Management: Solicit and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotes.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with field operations and manage files in ShareFile.

Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating commercial or industrial plumbing projects.

• Ability to read and interpret MEP construction drawings and specs.

• Proficiency in digital takeoff software (QuoteExpress or similar) and Excel.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and scope-writing skills.
