Project Coordinator / Office Coordinator Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting project management, purchasing, and operations by coordinating material procurement, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Review customer contracts, scopes of work, and project drawings to verify material requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, sales, engineering, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders for project materials and supplies.
- Verify vendor purchase orders accurately reflect customer specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor material orders, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, product availability, and order status.
- Maintain organized purchasing records, project documentation, and vendor files.
- Assist in resolving material shortages, substitutions, and order discrepancies.
- Support project teams with administrative coordination and scheduling.
- Identify opportunities to improve purchasing, documentation, and operational processes.
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in project coordination, office administration, purchasing, construction support, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP, purchasing, or project management software is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow.
Compensation & Benefits
- 💵 $60,000–$90,000 annual salary (DOE)
