Technical Sales Representative
Join a market leader in the HVAC industry and drive growth within a high-performance, team-oriented sales organization. We are seeking a strategic, technically minded Sales Manager to lead territory development, build lasting client relationships, and deliver engineered HVAC solutions across commercial and industrial markets.
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer retention
Prospect, contact, and meet with customers to promote HVAC products, equipment, and engineered solutions
Prepare detailed technical proposals, system recommendations, and cost estimates
Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, service, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, services, and emerging HVAC technologies
Analyze job performance data and production metrics to improve future bids and customer outcomes
Provide market intelligence on customer needs, competition, and industry advancements
3+ years of professional experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical, construction, controls, engineering, service, or technical sales
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical design, and engineered equipment solutions
Proven success in B2B sales, account management, and relationship development
Strategic, self-motivated, and highly organized with exceptional communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle within assigned territory
