Corporate Attorney: Mid-Level Deal Work with Hybrid Flexibility in Clearwater

Our client, a well-established Tampa Bay law firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Clearwater office. The corporate group advises closely held businesses, family companies, and private investors on acquisitions, entity formation, governance, and commercial contracts across Pinellas County and the greater Tampa Bay area.

This is a hybrid position. You will divide your week between the Clearwater office and home.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other transactional documents
• Manage due diligence and closing processes for mergers and acquisitions
• Advise clients on entity selection, governance, and owner agreements
• Coordinate with tax, real estate, and employment colleagues on deal issues
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for business clients

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals at once
• Excellent client service and communication skills
