Job Description

Lead safety across three local steel fabrication shops. We're filling a Safety Director opening immediately at a structural steel fabrication company, with a direct line to leadership and real say over how each shop operates safely.

What you'll do

• Keep all 3 shops OSHA compliant through inspections, audits and incident investigations
• Design, lead and strengthen the safety program across every fabrication shop
• Report safety metrics and trends to leadership
• Train crews and mentor shop leaders on safe fabrication practices
• Identify hazards before they become incidents and put corrective actions in place

What we're looking for

• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards
• Safety leadership experience in structural steel fabrication or a similar industrial/manufacturing environment
• Able to oversee safety across multiple local sites
• Steel erection safety experience will also be considered

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$120K base salary
• Bonus based on company performance
