We are seeking a candidate with a solid understanding of labor and employment law and a desire to advance their career. Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 2-6 years’ experience in Labor and Employment Law
• Skilled arguing motions
• Participate in depositions and trial preparation
• Actively participate in negotiating settlements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Member of the CA bar in good standing
