We have partnered with a strong, growing logistics team looking for an experienced LTL Sales Executive who knows how to produce and wants the support to grow even more.
This is a fully remote opportunity built for someone who understands LTL, manages their business well, and is ready to increase their earnings in an environment that values producers.

What We’re Looking For
• At least 3 years of LTL freight brokerage or LTL sales experience
• Established customer relationships and consistent revenue production
• Ability to speak to your numbers including monthly gross profit, margins, and loads moved
• Strong understanding of LTL pricing, NMFC classifications, and accessorials
• A self starter with a true hunter mentality
What You’ll Do
• Build and secure new LTL customers
• Manage freight cradle to grave
• Quote and negotiate shipments
• Grow and maintain long term customer relationships
• Hit and exceed revenue goals
