The Opportunity:

We’re partnering with a high-growth fire protection contractor that is aggressively expanding its new construction division and looking to bring on a top-performing sales professional. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on locking down large-scale commercial projects and building long-term relationships with key players in the construction ecosystem.

**MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE**

 

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • $150,000 base salary out of the gate
  • Uncapped commission — top performers pushing well into the $200K–$250K+ range
  • Backed by strong operations and estimating teams, so you can stay focused on closing
  • Established reputation with GCs and developers — you’re not starting from scratch

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning the pipeline for new construction fire protection work (sprinkler, alarm, suppression)
  • Getting in early with GCs, developers, and engineers to position yourself as the go-to partner
  • Driving bids, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals
  • Turning relationships into repeat business and long-term partnerships

Who They Want:

  • A hunter mindset with a track record of winning construction or fire protection work
  • Strong network in commercial construction (GCs, subs, developers)
  • Someone who knows how to navigate bids, pricing, and project timelines
  • Bonus points if you understand fire/life safety systems — but deal-makers come first
