Agronomy & Precision Ag Specialist
A reputable, forward-thinking agronomy team is seeking an Agronomy & Precision Specialist to provide top-tier support to growers through innovative crop solutions and technology-driven services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, builds strong grower relationships, and stays ahead of ag industry trends.
Located in Northeastern Nebraska
What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform soil and plant analysis to guide crop inputs and treatment plans
Advise on crop health, pest control, rotation strategies, and precision techniques
Deliver hands-on support and training to growers on precision ag tools
Maintain product knowledge and stay current on ag technology developments
Identify new business opportunities while supporting existing client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in agronomy, crop consulting, or precision ag
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of plant nutrition, soil science, and pest management
Comfort with ag software, equipment, and technology is a bonus
Degree in Agronomy, Ag Science, or related field preferred
Willing to travel locally for on-site support and consultations

Base salary starting at $45,000 with uncapped commission bonus potential
