A nationally recognized firm with a long-standing reputation for litigation excellence is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in employment-related litigation to join its growing Labor & Employment Practice Group in St. Louis.

Known for delivering exceptional client service and creative legal solutions, the firm supports a broad range of regional, national, and global businesses.
Manage day-to-day litigation tasks and contribute to strategic case development
Handle matters from intake through discovery, trial preparation, and resolution
Participate in depositions, settlement conferences, and court appearances
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and client advisories
Prepare and advise on employment and separation agreements
Provide compliance-related guidance to employers
3+ years of experience in labor and employment law, including litigation
Licensed to practice law in Missouri
Experience with pleadings, motion practice, legal research, and trial prep
Skilled in conducting witness interviews and navigating agency matters
Experience taking/defending depositions is preferred but not required
Strong oral and written communication skills required
