We are seeking a corporate associate attorney with experience handling complex corporate matters. This role will allow you to build strong relationships with sophisticated clients and guide them through transformative business events.

Qualifications:

  • Four to six years of experience with a broad knowledge of corporate and transactional tax matters. As well as experience in one or more of the following areas: mergers and acquisitions, private equity, international transactions, and REITs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively serve diverse clients
  • Negotiation and analytical capabilities.
