Farm Advisor -- Cattle / Dairy Production Are you an experienced agricultural professional looking for an exciting opportunity in animal health solutions? We are seeking a passionate Farm Advisor to join our dynamic team and drive innovative approaches to cattle production and animal welfare.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance to dairy farmers on cutting-edge animal health solutions
• Develop and maintain business relationships with farmers in assigned territory
• Identify and pursue new business prospects while maintaining existing accounts
• Achieve revenue and client retention targets
• Manage product stock levels and complete customer requisitions accurately
• Collaborate with team members in a self-organized, decentralized environment
• Stay current on product developments and market trends

What You Bring:

• Minimum 12 months of field sales experience
• Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector, preferably in dairy industry
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Growth mindset and self-motivation
• Clean, valid driving license
• Proficiency in IT and digital tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
