Our client is a leading company specializing in commercial real estate. We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on matters related to title insurance, title work and real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Conduct due diligence and research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation, if necessary.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in real estate law and regulations.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
• 6+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney.
• Must have a Book of Business!!
• Strong knowledge of title insurance and title work.
• Excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary Will Be Commensurate With Experience.
