Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Route Manager to oversee and optimize our waste collection routes. This role is crucial in ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize daily collection routes to maximize efficiency and service quality.
Supervise and support drivers and collection staff, providing training and performance feedback.
Monitor route performance and implement improvements to reduce costs and enhance service.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Address and resolve customer concerns related to route services.
Qualifications:
Experience in route management, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the waste or recycling industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
