GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Bay Area commercial general contractor known for high-end interiors and technically demanding lab and life science work. The company is adding a Project Manager and Superintendent - High-End Office Interiors to its team in San Francisco, CA. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Experience delivering high-end tenant improvements in Class A office environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Class A office interiors, wet labs, clean rooms and R&D spaces
• Coordinate complex MEP and lab infrastructure in occupied and campus settings
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Experience delivering high-end tenant improvements in Class A office environments.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
