Seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about making a positive impact through evidence based behavorial interventions.
What You'll Do
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
Design individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Analyze treatment data and make evidence-based programming decisions
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Partner with families through caregiver training and ongoing communication
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with BACB ethical standards
