Growing manufacturing company seeking a CNC set up machinist.

• Open Table Set Up
• Large Fabrication Experience (weldments)
• Job Shop Experience/Low Volume
• Background in Tool Making
• Experience with working with probes and universal & right angled heads
• Ability to understand G54 work coordinators with numerous offsets
• Knowledge of Heidenhain controls
• Comprehension of 5-Axis Machining
• Demonstrate ability to navigate machine issues
• Reasoning
  • Set up blocks
  • Shimming
  • Stock removal rates
  • Ability to use indicators & edge finders
  • Be able to make calculated adjustment when needed

*Parts can be from 1ft to 25ft in length and from 1ft to 15ft in width, up to 40,000 lbs on average
