We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a specialized rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping individuals improve mobility, regain function, and achieve greater independence following injury or illness.

A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, up to $5,000.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with clients experiencing physical limitations that affect their ability to perform daily activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal rehabilitation outcomes
  • Educate clients and caregivers on treatment goals, exercises, and recovery strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher
  • Current state Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred

  • Experience working with individuals recovering from spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, or other neurological conditions
  • Rehabilitation or post-acute care experience
