Corporate Food Safety & Quality Manager | Pet Food Manufacturing | Multi-Site Impact | $90K–$95K

gpac is partnered with a growing pet food manufacturer seeking a Corporate Food Safety & Quality Manager to support FSQ initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities.

This is a high-visibility corporate role with the opportunity to influence Food Safety & Quality programs, supplier quality, regulatory compliance, data analysis, and continuous improvement across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Analyze FSQ data, trends, and key performance metrics
• Develop dashboards, control charts, and visual reporting tools
• Lead supplier approval, qualification, and audit activities
• Drive initiatives to improve quality and reduce Cost of Quality
• Support FDA/FSMA compliance and regulatory programs
• Utilize CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Six Sigma, PDCA, and other quality tools
• Partner with plant and corporate teams to strengthen Food Safety & Quality culture
• Present findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership
• Support FSQ improvement initiatives across multiple facilities

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
• Hands-on food manufacturing experience in a cGMP environment
• Strong knowledge of FDA food regulations
• Experience with FSQ systems, data analysis, and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred: Pet/animal food manufacturing, multi-site experience, supplier auditing, PCQI/FSVP QI, Six Sigma, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and statistical quality tools.
