Are you the person a fabrication crew counts on to go home safe every day? A steel fabrication company in Katy, TX, is adding a Safety Coordinator to run its shop safety programs and keep its team protected. The job comes with about 10 hours of overtime a week, incredible benefits, and a clear growth opportunity.

What You'll Handle

• Run the shop's day-to-day safety programs
• Conduct inspections and audits, and see each hazard through to correction
• Deliver new-hire safety orientations, toolbox talks, and safety trainings
• Maintain OSHA records and documentation and investigate incidents
• Partner with shop leadership to strengthen the safety culture

What You'll Need

• Safety experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or construction
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards
• Strong communication skills and comfort working on the shop floor
• Ability to work on-site in Katy, TX, with about 10 hours of overtime weekly
