A well-established, full-service law firm in Tampa is seeking a Real Estate Partner to join its growing practice. This is a key strategic hire offering immediate integration into the firm’s leadership and platform, with the opportunity to expand your book of business alongside a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing for residential and commercial properties
Advise clients on development matters, title and survey issues, and land use concerns
Structure and negotiate joint ventures, purchase agreements, loan documents, and commercial leases
Provide counsel to investors, developers, lenders, and institutional clients
Collaborate with internal practice groups including corporate, tax, and litigation
Qualifications:
Florida Bar license in good standing
Minimum of 8 years of real estate transactional experience
Portable book of business (required)
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys and work in a collaborative environment
