What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in lending & ag banking)
Minimum 2 years’ experience (up to 30) in agricultural and/or commercial lending (C&I a plus)
Strong credit analysis and relationship-building skills
Proven business development track record
Knowledge of agriculture and a desire to immerse oneself in the community
