Heavy Civil Superintendent

Stormwater | Wet Utilities | Environmental Projects

A well-established contractor with 30+ years in business is looking to add a Superintendent to their growing team. Specializing in stormwater, wet utilities, and environmental solutions, this company has built a reputation for delivering quality work while creating a workplace where employees can build long-term careers.

Duties:

• Lead and oversee field operations on heavy civil construction projects

• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and daily jobsite activities

• Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality workmanship

• Promote a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment

• Work closely with Project Managers to keep projects on track

• Mentor field personnel and help develop the next generation of leaders

• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Experience:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction

• Experience with stormwater, wet utilities, environmental, or underground utility projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to motivate crews and keep projects moving forward

• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
