Manage a select portfolio of high-value Commercial Lines clients.
Oversee day-to-day operations in partnership with the Director of Commercial Lines.
Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency across the department.
Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling and expanded coverage options.
Ensure agency goals and performance objectives are met or exceeded.
Elevate the client experience and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.
Support hiring and onboarding of new staff.
Monitor and report on progress toward departmental goals.
Contribute to a positive, productive work culture.
5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
Active P&C license.
Proficiency in Applied Epic (strongly preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability.
Collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving ability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
