Job Title: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Design-Build

Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) or Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) with a degree in Construction Management and strong design-build experience. Experience with industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution projects is a major plus. The ideal candidate leads projects from preconstruction to completion, maintains budgets and schedules, and is polished in client-facing interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design-build projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met
• Serve as primary client contact, building strong, professional relationships
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and maintain project profitability
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, and networking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven design-build project experience; industrial/warehouse/manufacturing projects a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Polished and personable; able to connect with clients and colleagues professionally (golf, networking, site visits)
• Reliable, professional, and stable – not a “hoppy” candidate
